Located in the Publix shopping Center on Hamilton Mill Road, we came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. To our surprise, they offer a lunch menu even on a Sunday.
We were greeted warmly by the host and was seated right away. Large offerings on their menu including hibachi, pho and sushi.
The lunch specials came with soup, salad or spring roll and meal. Prices ranged from $9.99 to upper teens if ordering from the hibachi menu
The food was wonderful! The service by Ling was wonderful! And to top it all off, our food was carried to our table by a robot that the kids will love. The fried rice came with fried bacon instead of the regular pork. A must try.

Absolutely delicious! We’ve been longtime patrons of Oriental J, but no more. The food here was piping hot, tasty, fresh, flavorful! Great service and atmosphere…and I tend to be very picky.
This is one of my favorite dinner restaurants. The food here is so delicious and so beautifully presented. I've been here multiple times, but one of my favorites are the tangerine chicken and rice or dynamite rolls. The atmosphere is really nicely decorated with flowers and vines all over the ceiling, which I think adds a great touch. Staff here is always so polite and considerate. Definitely recommend 👍🏼
Always good food here! Good service and atmosphere! The Owner is always very nice! Soup and salad is always delicious, and sushi is always fresh. The steak is nice and tender and is always cooked to perfection. I enjoy a nice cup of hot tea to start my digestive system off right. Always enjoy the flower added to my dish. They now have a robot to deliver food to your table. Coconut soup is delicious, as is the fresh basil roll! Seaweed salad is yummy! 😋 loaded with good health! Enjoyed the spring roll, siumai, and pan-fried dumplings 😋 I give their salmon roe a big thumbs up! Sangria was refreshing!
I typically love to eat here, but I ordered take out and this is what they give me burnt onions and over cooked meat and that worst part is it’s not even full, its half a meal. And this was literally 16 dollars. Very disappointing would like a refund.
The food is delicious! We love ❤️ the service! Always kind, attentive, and friendly! Various types of Asian food types. We have sampled sushi, hibachi, and Thai as well as your typical plate choices. Everyone we have taken from friends,family, and business lunches has all loved the food.
I love this restaurant. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, awesome service, and you get the best of both worlds on Chinese and Japanese foods. They have a big dining room, a big bar, and 5 hibachi tables, just like the traditional Japanese restaurant do. The sushi is amazing, and drinks are fantastic. They also have the serving robots that roll around and bring you your appetizers and entrees that my son absolutely loves to see when they bring him our food. An Absolute must try in the Hamilton Mill area. Absolutely my favorite restaurant for me and my family, always a great time
Went with high expectations, the food was way too salty. Too much MSG on the food. Loved the ambiance and service. If I visit again. They are using robots to serve the food, I think the labor shortage causes them to switch to robots which is understandable.
